Our Integrated Approach to Wellness

We take pride in our unique comprehensive therapy approach. Our therapeutic strengths go beyond talk-therapy by combining the most advanced psychotherapy techniques with the latest Neurofeedback methods such as High Frequency, Infra-Low Frequency Training, Synchrony, and Alpha-Theta Training.

Combining Neurofeedback within psychotherapy is a transformational approach to rapidly increase the brain's neuroplasticity and nervous system regulation. With ongoing “brain training,” you can expect to go into deeper restful sleep, significantly reduce anxiety and depression, improve attention, focus and concentration. I will be there with you to provide the space and opportunity for change and improvement by giving voice to the areas of your life that have remained silent, to assist you in achieving a sense of authenticity and uniqueness. Through psychotherapy you can speak freely, without shame and fear and gradually within your own words another meaning forms and takes the pain and symptom with it. You don’t have to suffer isolated and in silence, through the therapeutic work you would find the ways to overcome the inhibition and the barriers on your path toward well-being and success. When you start psychotherapy there is no reason for despair, you can set out a new path."

At summer camps, I used to provide one-on-one services to children and teens with unique needs and I also worked at an accessibility center as a music educator for patients with disabilities. The work was so rewarding and meaningful that it motivated me to become a psychotherapist. Furthermore, my own personal experiences with therapy have shaped who I am and showed me firsthand how powerful and transformative counselling can truly be.

In my spare time when not working, I love being outdoors snow skiing, hiking, golfing, or slalom water skiing. I also love listening to music, playing guitar, and am a big football fan!”
